Your machinists cut parts. We finish them.
Every part that comes off the mill, lathe, saw, or press has burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, or flash. Somebody has to take them off before the part gets anodized, coated, welded, assembled, or shipped. That somebody shouldn't be your $40/hr machinist standing at a bench with a file. Round and rectangular tube ends, weld-prep included — and because the Whisper Shake 5's interior is 33in long, tube and rail sections up to ~30in run whole, no cutting.

Vibratory mass finishing, dialed to your part.
Parts and abrasive media ride the bowl together. Media does the work — millions of tiny cutting contacts per hour, uniformly, on every surface a machinist can't reach. We spec the media to your part and finish goal:
The line: a 5 ft³ Oceanic Innovations Whisper Shake 5 vibratory system (33in × 14.5in × 16in interior) — media matched to your part.
- Ceramic — aggressive cutFor heavy burrs on steel and stainless. Fast stock removal, uniform edge break.
- Plastic — pre-anodize aluminumGentle on soft alloys. Leaves a uniform matte surface that takes anodize evenly with no witness marks.
- Steel — burnishingFor a bright, work-hardened finish on brass, steel, and stainless. No stock removal — just shine.
For visible surfaces where part-to-part contact would leave marks, we run in compartments or on fixtures. Your show-face stays show-face.
